Prep: 25 mins
1.5 cups of chopped beetroot
2 tbsp cacao
1/3 cups of chopped dates
1/2 cup of spinach
1 cup of coconut flour
2x tbsp chia seeds (pre soaked)
1/2 cup shredded coconut
Place all ingredients into a food processor and process until smooth.
Roll into little balls and then roll the balls in the shredded coconut.
Place in freezer and leave to set for 1 hour
