A day dedicated to pancakes? YES please! For me, most days are pancake days to be honest – I am totally obsessed! They are so versatile and can be sweet or savoury – both are equally delicious.
Whether you’re cooking for yourself or hosting, its a great excuse to rekindle the pancake love! You don’t need to laden on sugar to make it sweet, try using the recipe below by adding on strawberries and a drizzle of honey instead.
Prep: 5 minutes
Cook: 10 minutes
1 cup milk of choice
2 tbsp soaked chia seeds
1 cup flour (any) or oats
1/2 tsp baking powder
1 tbsp raw honey
1.5 tbsp avocado oil
1 tbsp acai powder
1 tsp hemp seeds
1 tsp coconut flakes
Pop the banana, milk of choice, chia seeds, flour or oats and baking powder and blend!
Allow to cool in to the refrigerator for 5 minutes
Heat up the avocado oil in a pan and add in your first ladle of batter
Once all cooked, wash and chop some strawberries and place on top
Sprinkle with acai powder, hemp seeds and coconut flakes
Drizzle with honey and enjoy!
