I am constantly searching for new drinks that contain 0% alcohol. Unless they contain a crazy amount of sugar, they are actually pretty hard to find.
It is so much fun creating mocktails, you can be seriously experimental! Plus they have added health benefits (and don’t wreck your liver).
The secret ingredient to this recipe is – rosemary! It gives a really subtle taste and is not too strong in flavour.
The coconut water gives a boost of hydration, the lemon adds a burst of vitamin C and the pomegranate seeds provides a ton of antioxidants (research has found nearly 3x times more than green tea).
If you are looking for a new summer, hydrating drink than this is definitely the one AND all its added health benefits make it, what I like to call, a skin nutrition drink.
I would love to hear of any mocktail recipes that you have made – I am always up for trying some new and different!
